TradeScore International Pty Ltd ABN 21 093 490 076 established in 2000 is an Australian export and import business consultancy and developer of innovative software packages for credit risk management, decision-making and calculation programs to assist export and other businesses to arrive at consistent solutions to complex processes.

TradeScore International Pty Ltd draws on the extensive experience of the principal in finance and international trade credit risk assessment for the trade credit risk assessment program tradescore for Exporters and tradescore for Debtors as well as other decision-making and calculation programs.

Our approach is to apply individual low cost software packages specifically designed for your needs that are easy to use and understand. There is a strong emphasis on simple, user-friendly programs that lead to accurate and consistent decision-making.

Principal

David M Johns, MAppFin MAIEx FAIBF Managing Director is the creator of the tradescore software programs, which developed during his years consulting with exporters and seeing a need for a comprehensive and structured methodology in assessing the credit risks involved with exporting goods.

He has held senior positions in Australia and Hong Kong with major Australian trading banks and has drawn on his 30+ years in banking, trade document handling, trade finance, corporate finance, international trade credit risk, as well as recent years in exporting and economic modelling of export manufacturing entities to complete these programs.

David has a Masters Degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University in Sydney 1996, is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Export (Dip) as well as a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Banking and Finance (Dip).

He has written major papers in recent years including How to identify and manage foreign exchange risk and Risks associated with Lending/Borrowing in Foreign Currencies.
